Claremont Manor

Front Porch has been creating independent and assisted living communities that believe in the individual since 1999. Their residents are intelligent, humorous, curious, and engaged. My goal was to capture this lust for life in brochure form for prospective residents of Claremont Manor.

Over the course of two days I worked with a photographer scouting locations on property, met with real residents, and scheduled times to photograph them doing what they love most. Their personalities shine throughout the brochure with portraits, text, and testimonials. Additional supporting visuals add a refined scrapbook feel to the piece.
