That’s me, Jason Nunez.
I am an award-winning graphic designer with over 20 years of agency experience. My areas of expertise include branding, logos, collateral, print & digital advertising, packaging, signage, exhibit design, interior design, web, email, and social media content.
Throughout my career I have been praised for my strong sense of design, organization, friendliness, and dependability. I am highly skilled at all things that demand attention to detail, intelligent concepts, and thoughtful executions. My intent is to create designs that will stand the test of time. I achieve this with simple, clean, and organized layouts, with all visuals serving a purpose and function.
I excel at providing design guidance, direction, and feedback to designers, web developers, illustrators, and production artists. I am experienced at art directing photoshoots. My presentation skills are outstanding, both to clients and staff.
I have been fortunate to use my talent in many different business categories both big and small; from entertainment, to homebuilders, to local boutiques. Clients include: Tesoro Viejo, Pardee Homes, John Laing Homes, Scripps Research Institute, Front Porch, San Diego International Airport, Tri Pointe Homes, Orange County Visitors Association, Disney, MLB, NFL, and many others.
In addition to design work, I have experience in the role of IT administrator. I developed and implemented an agency-wide file organization system, provided software audits, and troubleshot various issues with computers, servers, and other office equipment saving the company thousands of dollars annually.
I am a past board member of AIGA San Diego, the oldest and largest professional organization for design. I also served on the AIGA Y Design Conference committee for several years as the Thinkshop coordinator.
I was fortunate to be born and raised in San Diego. I attended San Diego State University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design, and graduated with honors. I enjoy playing the drums in bands, going to local shows, gardening, cooking, and entertaining family and friends.
